One topic, hop by hop.

Luche makes animated, narrated videos to order for schools, organisations and companies. We write the script, animate it, record the voice and check every fact against its source.

What Luche does

Videos that explain one thing, completely.

We start from a topic and the sources behind it: a curriculum, a report, a regulation, a product sheet. We turn it into a two- or three-minute video that someone can watch once and understand. Luche is what Chileans call hopscotch.

Script

We write the narration and the scene plan. Every figure, date and definition carries its source, and you approve the script before we animate.

Animation

We design a visual style for each series and animate scene by scene, with AI tools under human direction.

Voice

Narration in English or Spanish, in sync with the picture: what is said is what appears on screen.

Schools

A unit of the curriculum, a learning objective, a school rule, a welcome for parents.

Organisations

How to apply for a benefit, what your foundation does, a protocol everyone needs to know.

Companies

How a product works, an internal process, onboarding for new staff.

It is the method behind the Caja Blanca videos: every fact in the script is checked against its source before animating, and checked again in the finished video.

How we work

Five squares, from brief to video.

As in hopscotch, you move one square at a time. Each step ends with something you see and approve.

  1. 1

    Brief

You tell us the topic, who it is for, where it will be shown and which sources it must follow.

  2. 2

    Script

We send you the narration and the scene plan, with the source of every fact.

  3. 3

    Animation and voice

We design the style, animate each scene and add the narration.

  4. 4

    Review

You watch the whole video and tell us what to change: text, picture or voice.

  5. 5

    Delivery

You receive the files in the formats you asked for, with and without subtitles.

Formats

Horizontal for the classroom, vertical for the phone.

Horizontal

To project in the classroom, publish on a website or YouTube, or open a presentation.

1920 × 1080 px

Vertical

For Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and WhatsApp status.

1080 × 1920 px

Every video comes in two versions: with burned-in subtitles and without.

Examples

Three videos, three styles.

Mathematics

Proper and equivalent fractions, and comparing them

Grade 5 · learning objective 7 · 2:31 · in Spanish

Natural Sciences

Living things are made of cells

Grade 5 · learning objective 1 · 2:05 · in Spanish

History

The five natural regions of Chile

Grade 5 · learning objective 9 · 2:14 · in Spanish

All three are from Caja Blanca: a series of 43 videos for grade 5 of the Chilean curriculum, one per learning objective, in Mathematics, Language, Natural Sciences, History and English, each between 1:46 and 2:31. They are all at cajablanca.cl/quinto.

In English: S7 in R: a class that checks itself, a 78-second vertical explainer on R’s S7 object system.
